Kitsch style comes in fashion when the objects of good form become old and a new image is not formed yet. Historically, it usually coincides with the social or economic crisis, when the life becomes unstable, and the society is waiting for changes. And so the fashion for such things is quite short. But there are always people who like to shock the public and deny the authorities. Therefore, the style is there permanently. It is believed that this style is associated with the appearance of extremes: either by excessive wealth, or vice versa, by extreme poverty.
